Dressed to save lives

Dressed to save lives

Maybe this virus is telling us something. Maybe it is time for us to start valuing the right things. Many of us feel we are at war. In many regards it does feel so. Empty streets, fear and anguish, all paused… Hardly any space to think or talk about anything else.

This morning, a thought came through: how interesting that the frontline soldiers in this fight are not trained to kill but to save lives. And though you can train a man to kill in a few weeks, it takes years of study and dedication to be able to save lives. And a lot of courage too…

What does it teach us about the value of life? What will we learn from this?
